5 Ingredient Snack Bites

I like to keep fresh snacks in the fridge for a little snack bite and these are a perfect mix of carbs & fat for a little energy jolt! You are going to want to double or triple this recipe because they will get eaten up quick! My husband tends to eat a few at a time but I find that 1-2 are very filling for me.

RECIPE

1 cup nut butter of choice

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup chocolate chips

STEPS

You can simply mix all of this together in a bowl or use a food processor/blender to make the oats and cranberries more fine. If you do use a processor don’t add the chocolate chips until after! There’s always room for additions like coconut, cinnamon, sliced almonds, etc! Once mixed, roll them into small bites size balls and store covered in the fridge.
